Duties and Responsibilities Planning, Managing, coordinating and developing the sales and marketing strategy for the company in line with company services and objectives, Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations for sales staff, and oversee their daily activities. Provide in-depth information to interested clients, track all sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives. Develop and lead sales team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales and studying trends Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales and interpret trends to facilitate planning Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing Any other duty as per management request
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, high preference will be given to Master Degree Minimum 3 years experience in ISP/ICT sales, must have effective communication skills as well as a communicator between team/client and management, responsible for working with executives to determine the needs of company’s targets. The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Dari/Pashto;
